Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If you ordered several items delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after you receive the last item.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post, an email to support@stanspopshop.com, a phone call or a message via our contact form). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. It is enough to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and not later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or you supply evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Please send the goods back to us at the address above without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For items that cannot normally be returned by post (for example ride-on mowers and lawn tractors), please contact us first; the cost of return is estimated at up to £150. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty or damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.
