These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
3. Products and prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free of charge unless stated otherwise at checkout. Product images are for illustration; the scope of delivery is as stated in the product description. We take care that prices and descriptions are correct; if we discover an obvious error we will contact you before accepting your order.
4. How the contract is formed
The product listings on this website are an invitation to make an offer. By clicking the “Place order” button you make a binding offer to buy the items in your basket. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order; this is not yet an acceptance. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of the goods or send you a separate order acceptance. We store the contract text; you can view your orders in your customer account.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order will be processed once payment has been received.
6. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product pages and on our Delivery Information page. Large items such as ride-on mowers and lawn tractors are delivered by freight carrier; the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery slot.
7. Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Full details are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
8. Faulty goods and guarantees
All goods are new. If goods are faulty or not as described, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement or refund). Manufacturer warranties apply in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.
