The TerraMow V1000 is a robotic mower for medium and larger lawns up to 1,200 m² that works without a boundary wire or RTK antenna. It navigates using the camera-based TerraVision™ 2.0 system and maps your garden on its own – it is ready to go in just a few minutes.
Your benefits
- No boundary wire to lay and no antenna to set up: you save the entire installation in the garden.
- Automatic mapping starts at the push of a button – the robot records the boundaries and layout itself and starts mowing.
- Up to 150 minutes of mowing time per charge means fewer charging breaks on extensive areas.
- 3D obstacle detection guides it around toys, garden furniture and beds instead of into them.
- Use the app to schedule mowing times, create new zones and adjust edge cutting – even when you are away.
Equipment and features
At its heart is the TerraVision™ 2.0 navigation system with advanced AI and improved cameras. Because the V1000 works purely visually, it does not rely on satellite or radio signals and copes with irregular gardens with trees, hedges and narrow passages. Its compact design helps it through tight spots.
Three-dimensional obstacle detection registers objects on the lawn and drives around them. The robot handles slopes up to 33% (18°), and its IPX6 rating makes it resistant to moisture. Regular OTA updates bring new features and improvements to the software without you having to do anything.
Everything is controlled via the companion app: set schedules, change mowing settings, create additional zones and customise edge cutting.

Which lawns and users is it suitable for?
The V1000 is designed for medium and larger gardens up to 1,200 m². It is particularly useful where laying a boundary wire would be laborious or where an RTK mast would not have a clear view of the sky – for example under trees or between tall hedges. Thanks to camera navigation and its compact design, it also handles complex properties with several zones, narrow passages and many obstacles. On slopes, keep the 33% (18°) limit in mind.
Frequently asked questions
Does the TerraMow V1000 need a boundary wire?
No. The V1000 works without a boundary wire and without an RTK antenna. It records boundaries and layout using TerraVision™ 2.0 AI camera navigation and is ready to go in a few minutes.
How steep can the lawn be?
The V1000 handles slopes up to 33%, which equals 18°. Steeper areas should be excluded from the mowing zone.
How does it react to obstacles in the garden?
It recognises objects in three dimensions and avoids them. Combined with its compact design, this lets it cope well even in irregular gardens with many obstacles.
