The Husqvarna Rider R 216TC AWD is the all-wheel-drive model in the premium Rider range: a smooth twin-cylinder engine, infinitely variable hydrostatic transmission and permanent all-wheel drive, combined with the typical Rider articulated steering. Equipment and features
Under the bonnet is the Husqvarna HV 586AE engine, a 4-stroke OHV twin with 586 cm³ and full pressure lubrication with oil filter. Starting is by Turn Key Start: just turn the key, no choke required. The 12-litre tank is sufficient for long working sessions.
The articulated steering keeps the rear exactly in the track of the front section, the oscillating rear axle keeps the wheels in contact on uneven ground, and the turf-tread tyres protect the sward. The cutting deck is engaged electromagnetically at the push of a button.
The operator’s position features an adjustable steering wheel, a folding seat with water drainage, parallel suspension and one-hand lever adjustment, plus a storage compartment and cup holder. Use the tow hitch to connect trailers or spreaders.
